PILOT GUIDE
From your first item to your first try-on.
1. Prepare the store
Keep the installed Vestivo button; do not add a duplicate script. Check product names, images and variants. Mark rear images “back” or “отзад”. Provide a verified size chart for each item, including whether the measurements refer to the body or garment. Testers need approved pilot access.
Items and views
Try tops, bottoms, shoes, glasses, ties, hats and wearable accessories individually or together. Select one item per category. Show feet for shoes and the head for glasses or hats; use a shirt for ties. Each selected item uses 4 credits per view. The rear view is optional and needs rear photos of both the person and the garments. Children’s try-on still needs validation before customer rollout.
2. Transfer an outfit
Add a top to the outfit on its product page. Open a bottom and choose Try with AI. After signing in, check both items in Vestivo and their cards in the assistant. Upload your own photo or one you have permission to use. Review the selected images, settings and credit total before confirming generation.
3. What the assistant knows
It receives product names and links. Product card photos are for your reference. When you select one or two saved looks and send a question, the assistant receives the selected view photos and can discuss visible styling. It cannot see live prices, stock or orders, and cannot purchase items. Describe colors, cut and occasion for better advice. Confirm important details with the store.
Troubleshooting
- Items missing
- Open Vestivo from the store’s product button. Opening the homepage or installed app does not automatically transfer store items.
- Photo will not upload
- Use JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. Check the image and follow the message next to the upload field.
- Sign-in required
- Copy your question and sign in again with your approved pilot account.
- Limit or budget reached
- For a temporary limit, wait the indicated time. For generation, the administrator checks FASHN credits and the pilot allowance. For the assistant and automated checks, check OpenAI API limits and budget. API billing is separate from a ChatGPT subscription.
- Generation interrupted
- Keep the page open. Confirmed completed steps can be reused for an unchanged outfit. A timeout may mean the provider is still working; do not repeatedly submit new requests. Contact the store if your credit balance looks wrong.
- Result looks wrong
- Check the photos and settings. Report the exact mismatch. A generated preview is not a guarantee of size, stock or fit.
Before inviting customers
- Check a single item and a complete outfit; names, images and cart variants must match the store.
- Changing or removing an item must clear old chat context. Switching language must keep entered measurements.
- Check front/rear views, top tuck, trouser cuffs, shoes and accessories. Check phone layout and sign-in.
- Verify errors, credit accounting and a real follow-up conversation after API access is active. No purchase is needed for a cart test.
Report a problem
Include the page, device, steps, expected outcome and actual outcome. Use a screenshot without personal information. Never send keys, passwords, card details or other people’s photos.
